Covelli Enterprises, doing business as Panera Bread, has ground-leased an outlot of 1.3 acres in front of Buehler’s Market in Delaware, Ohio.
The bakery/café will join Buehler’s Market, Kroger, Great Clips and McDonald’s in the fall of 2013. This is a new location for the Warren-based company, which operates nearly 200 locations.
Brad Kowit of Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group represented the landlord on this lease transaction. Tori Nook of Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group exclusively represents Covelli Enterprises’ restaurant concepts in Ohio, including Panera Bread and O’Charley’s.
