Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group helped Dollar Tree Stores lease 10,000 square feet of space on Broadway Avenue in Cleveland.
The new store will join existing tenants Save-A-Lot, Payless Shoes and Aldi at this retail center in October.
Tori Nook represents Dollar Tree Stores in Northern Ohio. Dollar Tree now has more than 4,000 locations across the United States.
