E&H Hardware Group, LLC — doing business as Ace Hardware — recently leased 12,488 square feet of space in Middlefield, Ohio, with the help of Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group.
The hardware store will take over the former Paul’s Lumber space in the spring of 2013.
This is a new location for Wooster-based Ace Hardware, which boasts 10 other locations in the area.
