Kraus-Anderson has begun construction on a new $30.87 million public works facility for the City of Oakdale, Minnesota. The facility is located at 3200 Granada Ave. North in Oakdale.
Designed by HCM Architects, the 75,770-square-foot, two-story facility includes new truck storage, maintenance bays, salt storage shed, fuel island, site security and exterior site improvements.
The building also includes an administration space with open offices, employee locker rooms and breakout spaces.
Construction is expected to be completed in September of 2025.
