The newly renovated 4200 W. Old Shakopee Road Building in Bloomington, Minnesota, has added a new tenant. Kraus-Anderson Realty Company has signed a lease with Park Dental Group to occupy 4,675 square feet in the building.
Park Dental joins American Family Insurance, Sperides Reiners Architects, Inc., Kris J. Kalenda, D.D.S. and Executive Financial Services, Inc.
The exterior and interior tenant improvements were completed in April by Engelsma Construction. The 39,790-square-foot office complex – formerly a Wells Fargo Bank building – features a completely renovated first-floor commons area, including the lobby, corridor and restrooms. Exterior improvements include a new double-door entrance with canopy, landscaping, curbing and trash enclosure, as well as a new Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS), soffit and monument signage.
