Kraus-Anderson has completed a $12.6 million expansion of Riverwood Healthcare in Aitkin, Minnesota.
Designed by HDR Architects, the 46,000-square-foot addition and remodel project features a new primary and specialty care clinical space, therapy and rehabilitation center, lab upgrades and a comprehensive kidney care and kidney dialysis facility to be operated in partnership with CentraCare Health.
The extensive project also includes new entrances and parking expansions to provide easier access for patients.
