The Duluth office of Kraus-Anderson completed a $4.36 million multi-modal trailhead center at 109 Outer Drive in Silver Bay, Minnesota.
Designed by DSGW Architecture, the 3,500-square-foot facility added new trail connections for bikers, walkers, ATV’s and side-by-sides with ample room for parking in three lots. The trailhead building features a community room, bathroom and kitchen on the upstairs level for community gatherings. The lower level includes a park storage room and 24-hour bathrooms for visitors.
Construction began in the fall of 2025.
