Kraus-Anderson’s Special Projects team has completed construction on the build-out of VärdePartners’ new Minneapolis office in the North Loop Green office tower at 350 N. 5th St.
Värde Partners is a global alternative investment firm specializing in credit and credit-related assets. KA is working on the project with JLL Project & Development Services, the construction manager.
Designed by ESG Architecture & Design, the23,800-square-foot renovation features an open office space with a spacious lobby and reception area. The project also includes thoughtfully designed offices, conference rooms and versatile workspaces, as well as a café and wellness rooms.
In May 2024, KA completed the construction of North Loop Green’s one-million-gross square-foot development consisting of a 34-story, 449-unit residential tower and a 14-story, 365,000-square-foot office building. North Loop Green was developed by Hines and designed by ESG Architecture & Design.
In addition, KA’s Special Projects team has completed buildouts for other North Loop Green office tenants. ESG’s new 28,300-square-foot HQ offices features new open and private offices, collaboration areas, conference rooms, break area and a materials library. Bassett Hound PR’s 1,400-square-foot, lower-floor remodel includes a new taproom.
