Kraus-Anderson has completed the 381,163-square-foot Omni Viking Lakes Hotel at 2611 Nordic Way in Eagan, Minnespta. The hotel is scheduled to open Oct. 1 of this year.

Owned by MV Ventures, the $98 million hotel is the mainstay of the Viking Lakes mixed-use development project that includes the Twin Cities Orthopedic Performance Center for the Minnesota Vikings, which KA completed in 2018.

Designed by ESG Architects, Omni Viking Lakes Hotel will honor timeless Nordic traditions and incorporate the local flavor of the surrounding area.

The new 14-story, 320-key property features 35,000 square feet of event space, including a ballroom, pre-event and meeting spaces. Amenities include a full-service spa, fitness center, underground parking, three dining options and a bar terrace with access to the Viking Lake mixed-use development.
