Kraus-Anderson Development Company has completed construction on MODA on Raymond, a six-story, $38.6 million multi-housing project at University and Raymond in St. Paul, Minnesota.
The market-rate apartments are designed to appeal to young professionals.
Designed by UrbanWorks Architecture, the 251,619-square-foot mixed-use development features 220 market-rate housing apartments with 2,314 square feet of commercial tenant space on the first floor. The property is located just one block from the Green Line Station in the St. Anthony Park neighborhood, an energized community characterized by continuous growth.
MODA on Raymond offers studio, alcove, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment rentals ranging from 361-1180 square feet. Ample square footage of amenities includes underground parking with bike storage, a fitness center, outdoor courtyard with pool, clubroom, rooftop patio and fully automated building access systems. In addition, the development also features a convenience market, maker’s studio, community incubator space, pet wash and dog run.
