Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has completed a $2.6 million early childhood addition to Hilltop Primary School in Minnetrista, Minnesota.

Located at 5700 Game Farm Road East in the Westonka Public School District, the 10,000-square-foot addition includes new early learning classrooms.

Designed by Wold Architects and Engineers, the new facility, which was built onto Hilltop Primary School, features four preschool classrooms for 4-year-old children and two classrooms for preschool-age child care. The addition also includes space for early childhood special education.

An active lobby area was designed to welcome families as they drop off and pick up their children and will be utilized throughout the day as an activity space for children. A second phase of the project will include space for 3-year-olds in the preschool program and early childhood family education (ECFE). No date has been set to begin the second phase.
