Kraus-Anderson has completed construction at Park Spanish Immersion Elementary School for St. Louis Park Public Schools. Formerly known as Cedar Manor School, the elementary immersion school is located at 9400 Cedar Lake Rd. in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
Designed by Cunningham Group, the $8.4 million project features the renovation of all classrooms with new furniture, technology and lighting, and the addition of multi-purpose rooms and collaborative spaces for student services. Upgrades were also made to the kitchen, cafeteria and media center.
Additions include a new main entrance, bus loop, playground, reception and school offices. The parking lot was also modified.
