The Rochester, Minnesota, office of Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has hired Shawn Lortscher as project manager and Mark Hammes as project superintendent.
Before joining Kraus-Anderson, Lortscher served as solutions construction manager for Johnson Controls, Inc., where he coordinated preconstruction and construction design, job-site administration, subcontractor and materials scheduling, budget estimates and cost analysis.
Hammes served as project superintendent for TCI Architects Engineers in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. He managed government and retail rojects, including several for Gander Mountain stores.
