Kraus-Anderson Development promotes Jack Appert to director in Bloomington, Minnesota office

Kraus-Anderson Development has promoted Jack Appert to director of development in the company’s Bloomington, Minnesota office.

Appert joined the company in 2007 as a real estate development associate, where he led a variety of both new and redevelopment projects that included McDonald’s and CVS-anchored shopping centers, among others.

In his new position as director of development, Appert will be responsible for the real estate development process, providing design and due diligence expertise throughout the development of various projects and sectors, including healthcare, office, retail, senior and multi-family housing.

Appert received his BSBA degree in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver.  He is a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate (MNCAR).  He is also a licensed real estate agent as well as a licensed private pilot.
