Kraus-Anderson has completed the build-out of Pope Design Group’s new office in the historic Case Building at 767 N. Eustis St. in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Pope designed the 16,760-square-foot project to bring together the firm’s employees into a more blended and cohesive working environment that maximizes collaboration.
Kraus-Anderson’s relationship with Pope Design Group (www.popedesign.com) goes back nearly 50 years. The two firms have teamed on hundreds of projects in a variety of building sectors, including office, healthcare, education, retail and housing.
The project creates an open floor plan featuring salt & pepper grind concrete floors with carpet under the individual workstations. The design also includes tuff ceiling baffles, white oak rift cut wall covering and a fiber network system. Details and branding elements support Pope’s people-centric culture.
