To meet the ongoing growing demand for more healthy eating choices and organic foods, Valley Natural Foods has expanded its grocery and retail operation in Burnsville, Minnesota. The $8.2 million project was constructed by Kraus-Anderson and designed by Wilkus Architects.
The 24,000-square-foot remodel includes the 2017 acquisition of a building adjacent to VNF’s existing 16,000-square-foot retail center. The new building, which contains some of the latest technology in energy-efficient equipment, was renovated to add 8,000 square feet of grocery operations, including 3,000 square feet of retail space. Existing employees will staff the new facility.
