Kraus-Anderson has hired Nick Slauson as director of lean and process improvement. He will work in the company’s Minneapolis office.
Slauson comes to KA where he served as lean specialist for the Midwest region at JE Dunn Construction where he provided training on the implementation of lean processes, principles tools and methodologies across safety, quality and production.
Slauson was also a teaching specialist of construction planning and scheduling at the University of Minnesota. Slauson earned his B.S. from Purdue University.
KA also has hired the following employees:
– Kraus-Anderson Companies has named Jessica Swanson as senior manager of total rewards and Megan Hannon as corporate and community engagement coordinator.
– Kraus-Anderson Construction has hired Randy Winger as senior project manager; Alex Hoffman, Gary Lackey, Rich Mickschl, Dan Schauer, Tim Sweet, Ed Lebak and Mark Opsal as project superintendents, Kyle Gow as MEP systems manager; and Minnie Sindt as senior project coordinator.
– Kraus-Anderson Realty has named Tony Wentworth as senior property accountant, Katie Foss as assistant property manager and Biff Drew as maintenance technician.
