Dan Markham is the new director of operations for the Duluth, Minnesota, office of Kraus-Anderson Construction Company.
Markham was hired by Kraus-Anderson earlier this year as director of business development. In his new position, Markham will oversee the daily operations of the Duluth office.
Markham succeeds 30-year Kraus-Anderson executive Jeff Iisakka, who will be retiring at the end of the summer.
Markham has more than 25 years of experience in finance, business development, real estate and construction. Most recently, he was an executive consultant for Minnetonka-based The Platinum Group. He was also the executive vice president and corporate secretary for Duluth-based Capistan Corporation.
