Kraus-Anderson names senior manager of project planning and development

Minneapolis-based Kraus-Anderson has promoted Mike Stark to senior manager of project planning and development for the company’s healthcare sector. He will be responsible for developing the company’s growth strategy and for supporting KA’s healthcare project teams.

Healthcare is one of KA’s primary market sectors. The company is currently working on numerous regional projects, ranging from major healthcare campus additions and renovations, to outpatient and specialty clinics, to medical office buildings. KA has completed more than 3 million square feet of healthcare facilities in the past six years.

Stark joined KA as a project manager in 2016 and has focused his work on healthcare.  He has managed Minnesota projects for Allina Health, Fairview Health and Welia Health; and Wisconsin projects, including Amery Hospital & Clinic and Hudson Hospital.

Stark earned his Bachelor of Design, Architecture from the University of Minnesota.  A LEED Green Associate, he is a member of American Hospital Association (AHA), American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE), and Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association (WHEA).
