Kraus-Anderson Realty Company has acquired Shorewood Village Shopping Center in Shorewood, Minnesota.
The property, which was purchased from Shorewood Village Shopping Center, LLC for $8 million, features a number of retailers, including True Value Hardware, Dollar Tree, Shorewood Liquor, Shorewood Tobacco, Kathryn Mak Consignment Furniture Gallery, Great Clips, Verizon Wireless, Allstate Insurance, Caribou Coffee, Milios Sandwiches, National Karate, Martinizing, Hairazors, Kay Marie Dance and DeParis Nails.
A 60,000-square-foot Cub Foods also anchors the shopping center but was not part of the sale. The shopping center is currently 90 percent leased.
The sale of the property was represented by Mid-America Real Estate-Minnesota.
