The North Dakota office of Kraus-Anderson has begun a renovation of Marian Manor Health Care at 604 Ash Ave. East in Glen Ullin, North Dakota.
Designed by EAPC Architects Engineers, the existing kitchen will be renovated into an expanded dining area, featuring a fireplace with dual-sided viewing. An expanded kitchen will be added that will include new foodservice equipment, a walk-in freezer and refrigerator.
Also, the existing nurse’s stations will be remodeled and new nurse’s stations will be added to individual resident wings.
Construction is expected to be completed in January 2022.
