Kraus-Anderson has begun a $13.3 million renovation at Falcon Heights Elementary School for Roseville Area Schools in Roseville, Minnesota.
The two-phase project will span the summers of 2023 and 2024.
Designed by KFI Engineers and LSE Architects, the 57,000-square-foot renovation includes a new kitchen, chiller, ceilings, flooring, roof top units and mechanical and electrical upgrades, as well as other interior finishes and exterior improvements.
Construction is expected to be completed in September of 2024.
