Kraus-Anderson has begun a $2.375 million renovation to the three-story music area at Roseville Middle School at 15 County Road B2 East in Little Canada, Minnesota.
The 12,500-square-foot project updates the acoustic wall and ceiling panels throughout the upper music space and adds new music casework along with StageTek seated risers. Improvements also include two new AHUs (air handling units), ductwork and light fixtures throughout the entire space, and full upgrades to the area’s finishes.
The renovation is expected to be completed in December of 2022.
Roseville Middle School is among dozens of major K-12 construction projects KA will work on this year during its “Summer Sprint,” a critical, concentrated time during the summer months when school is not in session and when crews can perform work that ranges from new school construction to upgrades to deferred maintenance projects.
