Kraus-Anderson Construction has begun a renovation project featuring outdoor athletic improvements at Tomahawk High School in Tomahawk, Wisconsin.
Designed by Stevens Point-based Point of Beginning, the construction project adds a new turf on the football field, 1,000-seat bleachers and a new track surface, long jump, pole vault and exterior lighting.
The project is expected to be completed in late August of 2020.
Tomahawk High School is one of dozens of K-12 construction projects Kraus-Anderson will work on this year during its “Summer Sprint,” a critical, concentrated time during the summer months when school is not in session and when crews can perform work that ranges from new school construction to upgrades to deferred maintenance projects.
