Kraus-Anderson has completed a $3.5 million renovation for the City of Shakopee at 205 First Ave. East in Shakopee, Minneesota.
Designed by RSP Architects, the four-story renovation included the installation of canopies over the tenant spaces at street level and a new storefront throughout the retail spaces.
A Silva Cell stormwater management system installed along the south side of the building under the new sidewalks. Also, two patios were added and a high-speed garage door accessing the underground parking garage was installed.
