Kraus-Anderson has completed construction on a new $6.1 million pavilion and recreation area in Moore Lake Park located at 5890 Northeast Central Ave. in Fridley, Minnesota.
The project for the City of Fridley features new basketball and pickleball courts, parking lot, walking trails, patio and gathering areas with direct access to the beach.
Designed by Oertel Architects, the 8,000-square-foot project includes a 4,000-square-foot pavilion with a 4,000-square-foot overhang canopy.
