Kraus-Anderson has completed construction of 240 Park, a 17-story mixed-use apartment building at 240 Park Ave. in Minneapolis. The project, developed by Garden Communities MN, the residential arm of MV Ventures, is walking distance to the Minneapolis skyways and Central Business District.
The building’s urban lifestyle provides luxury apartments offering panoramic views of the downtown Minneapolis skyscape, Mississippi River and U.S. Bank Stadium.
Designed by BKV Group, the 410,943-square-foot building features 204 apartment units and more than 4,500 square feet of retail space on the first floor. The building has one level of underground parking and five levels of above-ground parking for 254 vehicles.
240 Park features condo-quality finishes and offers larger 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units. Amenities include a club room, fitness and yoga studio, pool and spa with sauna, locker rooms, golf simulator and an interior drop off, which will be welcome during cold or inclement weather. Outdoor areas on the 6th and 17th floors include a lanai with firepits, bocce ball, pergola, pet spa and dog run area, as well as a private dining area with prep kitchen.
In addition to the first-floor retail space, the mixed-use facility is complimented by a lobby, mailroom and a gathering space with a custom fireplace.
Apartments will be available February 2021.
