Kraus-Anderson has completed construction on Lexington Landing, a $24 million seniors housing development at the base of Lexington Parkway at West 7th Street in St. Paul, Minnesota’s, Highland Park neighborhood.
Lexington Landing is owned by the J. A. Wedum Foundation and managed by PHS Management, LLC.
Designed by Pope Design Group, the four-story, 178,000-square-foot building includes 92 units of independent living with underground parking.
Amenities include a pickleball court, golf simulator, club lounge, community room, library, community garden, dog park, rooftop patio and guest suite. In addition, Lexington Landing offers event and activity programming, spiritual care, fitness room and scheduled transportation.
