Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has completed construction of Riverview Landing, a 168,000-square-foot assisted- and independent-living community at 9200 Quantrelle Ave. NE in Otsego, Minnesota.
Owned by Guardian Angels Senior Services, one of Minnesota’s longest running non-profit senior care providers, the four-story, 142-unit residence includes 126 independent and assisted living apartment homes and 16 memory care units.
Riverview Landing is designed to help seniors live more fully, including social activities, wellness center, spiritual programs and adult day services for family care givers.
Designed by Pope Architects, the senior living community features scenic surroundings, walking paths and views of the Mississippi River, and common areas that maximize natural light. Other amenities include 24/7 staff and emergency call service, controlled entry, chef-prepared meals, heated therapy pool, pickle ball court, coffee lounge, beauty salon and heated garage parking.
