Krusinski Construction Co. has completed construction for the KapStone Paper and Packaging Corp. facility owned by Liberty Property Trust. Michael J. Metz of Krusinski was the senior project manager. Project architect was Kwasek Architects.
The 192,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility is located in Aurora. The site work included shortening the rail spur and the addition of five dock doors and four rail doors. The interior build-out of the existing building consisted of a two-story office, additional electrical service upgrade and new warehouse lighting.
KapStone Paper and Packaging Corp. formed in 2005, currently operates three paper mills and 14 corrugated converting operations.
