Krusinski Construction Company has been selected by repeat client, Dayton Street Partners (DSP), to complete a tenant improvement project for a multi-national automotive and clean energy company. The Loomis facility will support a new electric-vehicle repair facility on the edge of the Chicago city limits.

Krusinski will revitalize the existing building by installing replacement overhead doors, renovating the restroom block to meet ADA compliance, and enhancing the exterior lighting for safer access and security purposes. The project will also include the installation of new windows and a roof drainage system to accommodate the tenant’s needs.

“Krusinski is energized to support DSP with this tenant improvement project to bring the Loomis building back to operational status,” said Kuy Parker, Project Manager. “This improvement project will strengthen our partnership with DSP and expand our renovation project portfolio.”

Additional mechanical upgrades will include eight new rooftop units (RTUs) and a ten-million British Thermal Unit (BTU) service upgrade. The project includes installing a sanitary ejector pit to support warehouse floor drainage, along with slab-on-grade repairs and exterior pavement restoration with restriping.”

Construction will begin in early June and will follow an efficient schedule to deliver the project on time, with completion in July 2026.

Members of the project team include Joe Krusinski III, Senior Project Manager; Kuy Parker, Project Manager; Gama Cruz, Project Engineer; Andrew Dempsey, Project Superintendent; and Erin Anderson, Project Coordinator. A+M Architects is serving as the project architect, and Jacob & Hefner Associates, Inc. is serving as the Civil Engineer.
