Krusinski Construction expands field team

Oak Brook, Illinois-based Krusinski Construction Company (KCC) announced the additions of two senior project superintendents, Rick Johnson and Eric Lundin, as well as a senior pre-construction manager, Bruce Potter, to accommodate the firm’s growing national portfolio.

As traveling senior project superintendents with KCC, Johnson and Lundin will be leading the oversight of their respective construction projects across the country. Johnson is currently working on a 43,000-square-foot warehouse in North Jackson, Ohio for a large e-commerce provider. Johnson brings more than 35 years of construction experience to his role, most recently specializing on commercial and healthcare projects.

Lundin brings 11 years of experience to KCC, currently working on the 29,000-square-foot renovation and office build-out of an existing 355,000-square-foot sortation center for a large e-commerce provider in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. His construction experience includes working on healthcare facilities, technology, educational and financial institutions throughout California, Arizona and Texas.

As senior pre-construction manager, Potter is responsible for estimating services, including conceptual through design development phases as well as competitive bidding. Potter brings more than 35 years of industry experience working in the field and in pre-construction/estimating. Prior to KCC, he was working on the development and construction of healthcare and multifamily structures in Las Vegas, including: the Nevada Cancer Institute, a research and clinical treatment facility; Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate, a timeshare condominium and the New Frontier, a hotel and casino resort.
