Krusinski Construction Company recently completed a 56,750-square-foot corporate and engineering facility in South Elgin, IL. the client, Haumiller Engineering, is an employee-owned designer and manufacturer of high-speed, automated, assembly machines.
Krusinski broke ground last May on the state-of-the-art sustainable facility and completed the manufacturing and corporate office in November with the support of architect, Ware Malcomb, and civil engineer, Pinnacle Engineering Group. The branded entryway, modern design and precision-based color palette breaks away from traditional industrial norms and welcomes clients and guests with an open and airy atmosphere.
A collaborative work area is a step away from the heart of the company where the firm designs and builds high-speed assembly machines for their clients. The contemporary office design promotes employee movement throughout the day. The interior finishes and details bolster a natural, cozy feeling with a cutting-edge attractiveness demonstrated by the Town Hall lunch area which offers a view of the plant with two lookout windows. The exterior of the building includes aluminum panels at the entry, exterior LED lighting, two truck docks, one drive-in door, a 145-car parking lot and a custom stone wall for seating around the flag pole.
