KT Nail Supply Inc. signed a sublease for 20,766 square feet at Castle Glen at 5702 E. 86th St. in Indianapolis.
The subleased space was occupied by the Gander Mountain location within the Castle Glen retail center. KT Nail Supply has taken on the remaining lease term. The property is now adjacent to Micro Center and co-tenanted by national retailers, including Jo-Ann Fabrics and Ashley Furniture.
Situated in the heart of the highly sought-after Castleton trade area, the center offers exceptional visibility and accessibility. The property is located directly across from Castleton Square Mall and less than a minute from Costco, among other large national retail brands, positioning KT Nail Supply within one of the most active retail corridors in Indianapolis.
