Ben Rosen has been promoted to asset manager at KTR Capital Partners.
Rosen will oversee KTR’s current portfolio of 8 million square feet across 16 buildings and about 60 tenants.
Rosen has worked with KTR since 2009 and was previously an associate on the investments team covering the Midwest region and the Seattle market. He has worked his entire career at KTR.
