Kudan Group‘s Brian Laskov and Juan Carlos Gomez negotiated the lease at 1250 S. Michigan Avenue. Laskov and Gomez represented the landlord, Alexander Vaisman of 1250 S. Michigan Commercial, LLC. The tenant, Li Fang Li, will bring a popular coffee chain to the South Loop neighborhood later this year. The company also has several posts in New York, Washington D.C., and Philadelphia.
Jarrett Fradin completed the sale at 1209 Wells Street, formerly The Refinery. Fradin facilitated both the business and property sale. The 7,000 square foot property is located in the heart of Old Town, steps from the lifestyle grocer, Plum Market.
Adam Salamon negotiated the lease at 4460 W. Belmont in Kilbourn Park. Salamon represented both parties in the transaction. Miguel and Blanca Ruiz are slated to open a quick-serve concept this Spring.
Salata, a gluten-free salad concept, retained Brian Laskov as their exclusive agent to purse new Chicago locations. The Houston-based company has over 40 locations throughout Texas and California. Their health-driven menu includes freshly chopped salads, wraps, soups and dressings made in-house. Laskov represented Salata last Spring when they opened their first Midwest location in Wheeling. A second location in Schaumburg is set to open in the Copley Center on Golf Road. Salata is currently seeking additional sites in Chicago’s northern suburbs.
