Kudan Group agents have completed transactions in Lakeview, Lincoln Park, and Ukrainian Village.
Jarrett Fradin completed the sale at 2500 West Chicago. Fradin represented both Eagle Bank Chicago and the purchaser, Scott Stiffle. The 17,000 square foot building is located at the corner of Chicago and Campbell Avenue in Ukrainian Village.
Fradin also negotiated the lease at 3109 North Broadway. The space was home to the Lakeview staple, House of Fine Chocolates, for 75 years. Fradin represented both parties in the transaction. Wendy Grahan is bringing an innovative concept to the neighborhood servicing chefs and culinary enthusiasts. Lakeview Kitchen & Market will provide aspiring chefs the opportunity to rent a 5,000 square foot shared commercial kitchen. The market portion gives the chefs a platform to promote and sell their products. Lakeview Kitchen & Market is scheduled to open this spring.
Juan Carlos Gomez and Scott Reinish facilitated the sale and lease at 1629 North Halsted, formerly Caminito Argentinean Grill. The restaurant is located in the center of Lincoln Park near The Steppenwolf Theater and Royal George Theater and steps from acclaimed restaurants Balena and Boka. Gomez represented ownership, Logan Ventures, Reinish represented the tenant, Kee Chan. Strings Ramen, Chan’s popular ramen shop, is slated to open early next year. His original location in Chinatown quickly became a destination spot known for its authentic flavors and homemade noodles. Strings Ramen has been featured in multiple publications including: CS Magazine, CUSP Magazine, Red Eye Chicago, Thrillist Chicago and the Chicagoist.
