Juan Carlos Gomez facilitated the sale of El Rincon Azteca at 1752 W. North Ave. in the heart of Wicker Park. The 1,100-square-foot restaurant is located on North Avenue near Piece Pizza and Brewery, The Southern and Bongo Room. A new concept is slated to open this spring.
