Kudan Group president, Jarrett Fradin, and broker associate, Georg Simos, facilitated the sale of an industrial property located at 4430-44 W. Haddon Avenue in Chicago’s West Humboldt Park neighborhood. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The former 77,000-square-foot warehouse, situated on approximately 49,000 square feet of land on the hard corner of Kilbourn & Haddon, will now be home to DJC Communications, a cable communications contracting company.
