Following two recent transactions by Kudan Group, a new tavern is headed for Chicago’s Edgewater, while a Chicago-based caterer expands into a sought-after market.
Adam Salamon represented the seller of Norse Bar at 6334 N. Clark Street, in the Edgewater neighborhood. The purchaser, Last Call Tavern Group, currently operates seven frequented taverns throughout the city. Gracie O’Malley’s will be their eighth post and is scheduled to open this year.
Separately, Daniel Rubinow and Brian Laskov represented a highly acclaimed catering company, in the sale of their business. The campaign generated significant national interest, garnering multiple offers. The purchaser was ultimately another Chicago caterer, who will expand their established concept with a second location.
