Kudan Group vice president, Adam Salamon, recently negotiated two retail deals, one in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood and the other in Uptown.
In the first transaction, Salamon represented the landlord in a lease at 1418 W. Howard Street. The location is now home to an Athena Board Game Café, a neighborhood spot specializes in casual gaming served alongside house-made food and drinks.
Salamon also facilitated the business sale and lease negotiation for 942 W. Montrose Avenue, representing both parties. The new tenant debuted Drink Happy Thoughts, a coffee house presented by the owners of Happy Monday Roasters, with a soft opening on April 19th.
