Chicago-based commercial real estate brokerage Kudan Group recently facilitated the sale and lease assignment of Chick N Run Restaurant at 126 W. Boughton Road in southwest suburban Bolingbrook. Kudan Group broker associate and suburban market specialist, Chad Severson, handled the transaction.
The 1,500-square-foot, free-standing restaurant boasts a 1,200-square-foot patio and is located near the busy Boughton Road and Route 53 intersection. A combination project, Shrimp Maxx/JJ Fish and Chicken is slated to open in December, the operator’s fifth location after Sharks Chicken as well as JJ Fish and Chicken operations in Lansing, Illinois, Hammond, Indiana and Merrillville, Indiana.
