Kudan Group, a Chicago-based brokerage that focuses on retail and restaurant transactions, has completed two restaurant leases in the Chicago area: a bakery in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood and a sports bar in suburban Zion.
A made-to-order bakery, Life’s Sweet, is set to open its very first location at 6621 N. Clark Street later this spring. In addition to an array of decadent pastries, the shop will also offer weekend baking classes.
Qu’s Place, a sports bar concept, is also slated for a spring opening. The 3,700-square-foot space, located at 3467 Sheridan Road, Zion, Illinois, will feature a full kitchen and bar, along with video gaming.
Both leases were facilitated by Kudan Group vice president, Adam Salamon.
