The latest concept from Jonas Falk and Justin Rolls, owners of Organic Life, LLC., and James Beard Award winning Chef Roland Liccioni is Dough Bros. Pizzeria and Sub Shop. Their focus is New York style pizza and sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients. From the artisan bread to the mozzarella and giardinara, everything will be prepared in-house, daily.
Dough Bros. is slated to open early this summer. Scott Reinish facilitated the lease at 400 North State Street, in the heart of River North. The restaurant is adjacent to the popular gastropub, Public House and walking distance to Trump International Hotel & Tower.
Brian Laskov and Scott Reinish negotiated the sale at 2138 North Halsted Street, formerly Halsted Harp. Reinish represented the sellers, Garrett Diamond and Connor Kelly. Laskov represented the purchasers, Joe DeTuri and Paul Leix. The traditional Irish pub is located in the center of Lincoln Park, near Depaul University’s campus. DeTuri and Leix are set to open Prohibition, a casual bar concept with a classic, early-mid 1900s feel this summer.
