Jarrett Fradin of Kudan Group, recently facilitated the lease at 2231 North Lincoln Avenue, in Lincoln Park. Fradin represented the tenant, Fritz Pastry, Noel Bushara represented the landlord, Acorn Property Management. The vegan donut favorite is moving from their Lakeview location. The new bakery is in the heart of Lincoln Park, near Mrs. Green’s Natural Market and Aquitaine. Fritz Pastry has established a strong following for its pastries, endless vegan options and popular weekend brunches. They are set to open this fall.
Fradin also represented Dinner Lab in the lease at 2155 West Grand Avenue in West Town. Dinner Lab, which just opened, is a club bringing together chefs and foodies. Innovative chefs create dishes for guests, who then provide feedback on their experience. The service allows chefs to flex their creativity and diners to meet fellow culinarians. Dinner Lab is accepting new membership.
Rick Loarie completed the sale at 4417 Oakton in Skokie, formerly Chun King Lo Restaurant. Loarie represented both the seller, Ronald Chan, and purchaser, Tony Vera. Vera owns Vera Floor and plans to lease the restaurant portion to a new user. The company specializes in residential, commercial and industrial flooring installation and restoration. Vera Floor opens in October.
