Kudan Group‘s Scott Reinish facilitated the lease at 4609 North Sheridan Road in Uptown. The Horizon Realty Group owned space is located on the ground floor of the 140-unit Sheridan Plaza Apartment building near the Wilson and Sheridan intersection.
Dr. Amer Rustum, an Internist affiliated with Norwegian American Hospital, Illinois Masonic Medical Center and Weiss Memorial Hospital, will open an additional practice this fall. This will be Dr. Rustum’s fifth location – He currently has offices in the Chicago area, as well as, Florida.
