Chicago’based Kudan Group’s Chad Severson represented Ken and Kim Krauss in the sale of Krauss’ Gaslite Lounge in Oak Lawn, Illinois. Located at 5130 95th Street, the neighborhood lounge has been in the Krauss family, and a community staple, for the last 30 years.
With access to the heart of Oak Lawn’s downtown district, Krauss’ is steps from a number of national retailers including Starbuck’s, Cold Stone Creamery, Lou Malnati’s and Potbelly. Local restaurants and shops include Déjà Brew, Benchmark Fit Club and Stacked Pancake House. The new owner, Pete Speradakos, plans to continue operating the Krauss’ tradition.
