Kudan Group‘s Brian Laskov and Jerrod Rosen negotiated a lease at 1258 West Belmont in Lakeview for well known Restaurateur and Fishmonger, Glenn Fahlstrom.
Laskov represented the acclaimed restaurateur in the transaction. Rosen represented the Landlord. The namesake of Chicago’s seafood staple, Glenn’s Diner, plans to bring a restaurant fish market hybrid to the Lakeview neighborhood this fall.
The restaurant will include a dining room with his famous cereal wall, as well as, a fish market offering quick-cooked options. Devoted customers can anticipate a vast selection of the freshest seafood flown in daily on an inviting tree-lined corner location. Fahlstrom’s Fresh Fish Market is set for an October opening.
