Kudan Group Executive Vice President, Brian Laskov, recently negotiated the lease at 734 West Fullerton Parkway, formerly Nesh.
The eatery is located near the busy Halsted, Fullerton and Lincoln corner, in the center of Lincoln Park. Laskov represented the new tenant, Chef Wren-Martin of Epiphania Blu. Chef Wrenn-Martin will bring a Southern concept to the neighborhood this fall. The restaurant will feature New Orleans inspired dishes and live jazz music.
