A Ping Pong Social Club is opening their fifth location in Chicago’s Marina City at 300 North State Street. Kudan Group represented SPiN, CB Richard Ellis represented LHO Chicago River, LLC. The celebrity frequented ping pong club has locations in New York, Los Angeles, Toronto and Dubai, and is expanding rapidly. It was launched in 2009 and spearheaded by Academy Award winning actress and ping pong enthusiast Susan Surandon. The nearly 15,805 square foot site will boast 15-20 ping pong tables and a food and drink menu tailored for the Chicago addition. The excitement begins later this year.
